Logging into Freshservice - Troubleshooting
If you're having trouble logging into freahservice, try addressing the following:
- To log in for the first time, you must be connected to the company network, either physically in the office or via the VPN
- If you are presented with a login box, your username is the name you use to log in + @groset.com.au (eg: john.smith@groset.com.au)
- By default you will be logged into the account which is logged into Windows. If you need to log into a different account, you need to open an incognito mode tab
