How to reset RTP logins if number of logins has been exceeded Reach out to the user asking for the username (Typically it's the first letter of the first name and the whole surname, ie. Alex Borland username is aborland) Once logged into RTP open Administration -> Security Administration -> Security Management -> User From User, click Select and type in the username of account in need of resetting. Double click the user, go to Current Logons, then select the clients/hosts to be removed. Press Remove and Save, then have the user try to login again.
