Troubleshoot Pinpad issues with RTP Restart PinpadPress and hold the Yellow "Clear" button and the "Func" button until device reboots. (Worth trying a few times) Check for loose cablesHave the user check the power and the usb cables are plugged in firmly into the back of the PC and to the pinpad base. Logon to PinpadRemote into the client computer. From the bottom right taskbar right click on "Payment Express EFTPOS" and select maintenance then click Logon. It should say "Accepted"
