RTP Printer Troubleshooting Make sure the printer is named "receipt" in windows Open windows printers, if there's a printer called Bixolon SRP ___ then rename the device to "receipt" Close RTP, reopen it, and the printer should work now Make sure RTP client configuration has "receipt" as the receipt printer name. Open RTP -> Administration -> Location Administration -> Client Management -> Client Click Select and type the client code of the computer with the printer issue. Open the client and go to Configuration Settings, search printer, and ensure the "Receipt Printer Name (Windows)" is set to "receipt", if it's not rename it to "receipt" Ensure the computer has the correct driver for that printer. Have the user tell you the model number of the printer (Model number is written on the bottom, make sure they include all numbers and versions) From printer properties in windows ensure that matches the driver currently installed on the PC If not, install the correct driver from \\srv-ski-fp\itdrive$\Workstations Software\Drivers\Receipt, RFID and Ticket Printers
